Monday: No school for students
Tuesday: Model a Tree Map (Classifying) using following groups (Types of Pets - Large Animals, Dogs, Rodents). Continue with research from your ecosystem. Individaully make a tree map (Sources of Food/Energy - Producer, Consumer, Decomposer) and compare for accuracy in groups.
Wednesday: Formative Quiz over above material. Continue above using textbook and library books in classroom.
Thursday: Discuss individual jobs for group work. Finish Need-to-Know vocabulary using textbook.
Friday: Entrance Slip (Vocab. concerns). Introduce additional Thinking Maps
