Tuesday: Chapter 2 Introduction Activity. YouTube - Study Jams Weathering and Erosion
Wednesday: Textbook: Earth's Changing Surface. Model reading of informational text using "Informational Text Guided Reading" sheet as a guide with Elmo when reading Chapter 2, (Weathering) (pgs. 32-37)
Thursday: Assign Directed Reading for above section. Groups of 3 (my selection)
Friday: Finish/discuss above. Video: Weathering and Erosion (Physical Geography Series)
7th Grade Science:
Monday: Vocabulary booklet for words learned
Tuesday: Read/discuss pages 30-32. Update vocabulary booklet as needed. Assign Directed Reading pages 36-41 (Properties of Sound)
Wednesday: Cornell Notes for article"Waves"
Thursday: Cornell Notes (What Is a Wave?), and 2 Frayer Model (Mechanical Waves and Electromagnetic Waves), Formative Quiz: Light, Energy, and Waves
Friday: Bill Nye video: Energy and Waves
